session 4 : MARRIOT INTERACTIVE WALL





I have selected an idea from Jimmy F, this idea was called The M wall.
"The M-Wall (Marriott interactive all access) will be implemented with the use of new technology that allows any solid surface turn into a computer screen. The opportunity to turn the check-in process into a full immersion into the 30th century. Now just as customers use a self-checkout kiosk at your local grocery store. And while in travel to the local airline terminal. The M-wall will allow Marriott guests the opportunity to interact with a fully check-in/check-out system."
The m wall idea will be able to add value for their guests for the following reason;
1. The new technology will help customers to save their time.
2. They can easily access to the hotel's services wherever and whenever they need.
This idea can also add value for the hotel, this innovative service will allow hotel to get more reputation because this kind of service is very new and modern.  Plus, it can also increase guests' satisfaction because the customers can get excellent and fast services.

For a competitive advantage, the hotel has a unique idea that can attract new customers’ target.  Thanks to The m wall that will allow customers to obtain the fastest and best services.

Personally, getting innovative ideas from the customers is a very good idea.  Firstly, the customers are able to participate their ideas to the hotel.  Secondly, the hotel will get the ideas exceptional that the hoteliers never expected to have.  Lastly, the customers will be very happy that their ideas will be used.
