Session 3 SERVICE3.0 OPERA APP

How would you use the app's hotel management 

capabilities to radically change your guests services? 

1. Guests can access easier to the hotel’s services
To provide the services more comfortable to the customers, the application will allow customers to check in and check out everywhere even the airport.  They do not have to line up to a front desk anymore.  Obviously, this application will help them to save their time.



2. One click services (service in the hotel)
Ipad or tablet will be available in the each room to personalize their needs.  In the tablet, all the services will be in side, the customers can choose what the services they need, for instance;

Check in check out: Cut it out the line at the front desk, guests can check in and check out by themselves in their rooms.
Housekeeping: The application help customers to connect directly at the housekeeping service, they can ask for everything just one click.
Room service, mini bar: Guests can order their meal by the tablet, the menu always update on this application, plus, they can also personalize their dishes.  Also, mini bar service, if they need some snacks or drinks, just order to the application and then the stuff will suddenly knock on the door!!
Hotel's restaurant: This application will allow guests access to a hotel's restaurant.  The menu will be available on the application.  Besides, they can also order before and the meal will be ready when they come.
Front desk: Front desk personnel will be available to provide services by chat instead of telephone.

3. Clean and cool
To help front desk and housekeeping and maintenance services communicate better than never!!!
This software will allow them work efficiently.  For example, the application will inform the housekeeping which room MUST clean first.  Moreover, maintenance stuffs are able to check and fix the stuffs in the rooms.  Finally, the rooms will be clean and cool and ready for the customers!!


To summarize, the application obviously increase the customers' satisfaction because it provide faster services to them.  Moreover, it allow customers to personalize services depends on their preferences.  Last but not least, the personnel will be able to communicate efficiently because of this application.
